Cave Tubing
Explore the Caves Branch river-cave system by inner tube. You will wade across the river to reach a well-tended trail for a 45-minute jungle trek (tube in hand.) When you enter the river, you will “drop into” your tube and don your headlamp for an exciting, but peaceful, float through the Mayan underworld.
For most of the float, you need only steer lightly with your hands and let the river take you through an underground cave system. Your guide will be watching you at all times and enhancing your float with tales of the spiritual use of these caves by the ancient Mayans .
Between caves, you’ll have a rest stop at a sandy shore where you’ll have time for a swim and refreshing snack to tide you over for a late lunch back at the picnic area, where you will also find clean shower and changing facilities
Things to bring: Shoes you can wear through water and jungle, dry shoes and change of clothes, insect repellent. We provide towels.

Zip-line Canopy Tour
The more daring guest may wish to highlight the day with an exhilarating aerial trek through the dense tropical rainforest canopy. You will be given a safety briefing and completely outfitted in safety gear, consisting of body harness, helmet and gloves, for an adrenaline-stimulating soar through the jungle treetops high above the forest floor.

You’ll soar from platform to platform, along steel cables suspended approximately 70 to 80 feet from the ground. Screaming is allowed. A team of experienced staff guides will be in front of and behind you at all times. You must climb steps to reach the first platform and rapel down from the last platform on a controlled rope. The tour takes between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete.
