Our Restaurant

A visit to Mariposa Jungle Lodge includes fine-quality meals, featuring the best available ingredients, homemade with love and care. A different theme dinner is offered each night of the week.

We ask our guests to make selections for each of the next day’s meals to enable us to obtain the freshest necessary supplies and avoid waste. Alternative selections are available if the choices don’t whet your individual appetite. A version of pasta or chicken will always be available for guests who prefer American basics. Beef will be offered only when we believe the meat available will satisfy the taste and tenderness expectations of our guests.
